【摘要】 目的探讨加味苓桂术甘汤治疗奥氮平导致的肥胖以及对血脂的影响。方法将126例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,所有患者给予低脂饮食,加强运动等基础治疗,对照组(63例)采用辛伐他汀治疗,治疗组(63例)在此基础上加用加味苓桂术甘汤治疗。比较分析两组的肥胖、血脂等指标变化及不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率为87.3%,显著高于对照组73.0%(x~2=4.04,P<0.05)。两组治疗后BMI、腰围、WHR及体质量均较治疗前有所改善,但治疗组患者的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血脂相关指标均显著改善(P<0.05),而治疗组治疗后TC、TG水平显著低于对照组,且脂联素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见肝肾功能异常及其他严重不良反应。结论加味苓桂术甘汤联合辛伐他汀治疗奥氮平所致肥胖安全、有效,可有效减轻肥胖,改善血脂代谢,提高患者依从性,降低病情复发的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Jia Wei Lin Gui Shu Gan Decoction for obesity induced by olanzapine and its influence to indicators of serum triglyceride(TG),adiponectin.Methods:126 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients were given basic treatment including low-fat diet,more exercise,control group(N=63) was given simvastatin,and treatment group(N=63) was given Jia Wei Lin Gui Shu Gan Decoction additionally.The indicators of obesity and blood lipid and adverse effect were observed.Result:The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.3%,which was significantly higher than that in control group73.0%(P<0.05).The BMI,waistline,WHR and body weight in both groups were all improved compared with that before treatment,while the indicators above improved more remarkably in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the indicators of blood lipid in both groups were all improved(P<0.05),while compared with control group,the level of TC,TG were reduced remarkably,and adiponectin was increased(P<0.05).There was no liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious adverse effect found in two group.Conclusions:It is effective and safe of Combination use of Jia Wei Lin Gui Shu Gan Decoction and simvastatin,it can contribute to reduce obesity,improve lipid metabolism and patients’ compliance,so as to reduce the risk of disease recurrence.更多还原
