【摘要】 目的:分别对围绝经期失眠的受试者进行唑吡坦联合刺激控制疗法治疗以及单纯的唑吡坦治疗,观察两组的疗效,比较两组疗效的差异。方法:将62名符合围绝经期失眠判断标准的受试者随机分为2组,一组用唑吡坦片联合刺激控制疗法的综合治疗,另一组用唑吡坦片治疗,疗程4周,治疗后第1、2个月进行随访。疗效评估使用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI),通过比较PSQI总分在治疗前后减分情况、治疗后PSQI各因子得分及有效率,评价两组的效果和差异。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组的PSQI总分均下降明显,前后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后两组之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗有效率在治疗4周、随访期Ⅰ和随访期Ⅱ的情况,综合治疗组分别是46.9%、71.9%和65.7%;唑吡坦组分别是30.0%、40.0%和40.0%,综合治疗组有效率均高于唑吡坦组,治疗四周时两组有效率比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唑吡坦联合刺激控制疗法治疗以及单纯的唑吡坦治疗均对围绝经期失眠有效,综合治疗组疗效优于单纯药物治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zolpidem together with Stimulus control therapy on sleep in women with perimenopausal and postmenopausal insomnia.Method:People who satisfied the standard of perimenopausal and postmenopausal insomnia was used randomize controlled trial(RCT) to distribute two groups.Subjects of one group receiptedZolpidem together with Stimulus control therapy and the other group receipted only Zolpidem therapy.Subjects received 4-week treatment.After the treatment,there were twice follow-up periods in the first month and the second month(1-month follow-up and 2-month follow-up).Effects were assessed by the change of scales score.The effect was evaluated by scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:Scores of PSQI declined obviously between before and after therapy(P<0.01),differences between two groups had statistical significant(p<0.05).At post-treatment,the efficient of Zolpidem together with Stimulus control therapygroup was 46.9%,Zolpidem group was 30.0%.At 1-month followup,Zolpidem together with Stimulus control therapy group was 71.9%,Zolpidem group was 40.0%and at 2-month follow-up,Zolpidem together with Stimulus control therapy group was 65.7%,Zolpidem group was 40.0%.Zolpidem together with Stimulus control therapy group’ s effects was better thanZolpidem group,differences between two groups had statistical significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the two group was improved obviously,two treatments efficacy was not similar.更多还原
