【Abstract】 The causes of pore water and the methods of measuring pore water pressure were briefly discussed in this paper. Based on the principle, the influence factors of pore water in triaxial consolidated undrained shear test were presented, which were saturation of soil, dilatancy of soil, instrument and equipment and method of operation.
