基于三角模糊数及其贴近度的小微企业创新能力评价
Study on Innovation Ability Evaluation of Small and Micro Enterprises Based on Triangular Fuzzy Number and Fuzzy Closeness Degree

【摘要】 对于以科技创新成果商业化为主要业务的小微企业,其创新能力是市场竞争力的核心。本文从小微企业的创新投入能力、创新管理能力、研发制造能力、创新产出能力以及创新外部环境五个方面建立小微企业创新能力评价指标体系;将专家对指标重要性比较的语言评价转化为三角模糊数,同时,用三角模糊数间的模糊贴近度衡量专家权重,提出基于三角模糊数及其贴近度的群决策方法来确定指标的权重,最后用一实例说明了评价体系的应用。
【Abstract】 Innovation ability is core of market competitiveness for small and micro enterprises the main business of which is making achievements of technological innovations commercializing.This paper will set up innovation ability evaluation index system of small and micro enterprises from innovation investment ability,innovation management ability,R&D ability,innovation productive ability and innovation external environment.By converting the language assessment set of index’s importance comparison into triangular fuzzy number and measuring the experts’ weight by fuzzy closeness degree,the weights of index is determined by the group decision method based on triangular fuzzy number and fuzzy closeness degree.Then,with an example to illustrate the application of the evaluation index system.
