【摘要】 本文利用TOGAF架构方法对上海环保信息化总体架构进行了研究,在此基础上对上海市环保信息化进行了统筹规划,分析了上海市环保信息化现状以及面对的新形势,明确了"十三五"期间上海市智慧环保建设的指导思想和发展目标,并提出了建设"一朵云、一张图、三个智慧"的发展重点和主要任务,以及保障措施,为"十三五"期间上海市智慧环保建设提供了思路和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the environment protection information construction Enterprise Architecture of Shanghai based on TOGAF,from business,application,data,and technology structure aspects,which would be the basis of Shanghai environment protection information management.On the basis of analysis on present situation of information development in Shanghai and future statue of environmental information technology,this paper puts forward the guideline and goal of smart environmental protection,and also forms the development emphases of ’one cloud,one map,three smart applications’.At the same time,it analysts the tasks and guarantee measures,and proposesthoughts for smart environmental protection in Shanghai during the period of 13 th Five-Year Plan.更多还原
