“三风穴”为主长效针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究及对IgE水平的影响

【摘要】 目的:探求以"三风穴"(风门、风市、风市前)为主的长效针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法:本研究将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的42例受试者,按随机数字表法,分为治疗组及对照组,每组各21例。治疗组采用"三风穴"长效针灸治疗,对照组采用口服西药氯雷他定治疗。结果:两组在临床症状改善方面,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,说明治疗组疗效优于对照组;两组在血清IgE下降方面,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,说明治疗组在降低慢性荨麻疹患者血清IgE方面优于对照组。结论:"三风穴"为主长效针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹,可明显改善患者临床症状,其机理可能是通过降低患者血清总IgE水平发挥临床作用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe me clinnial effect and mechanism of the "three acupuncture points"(Fengmen BL12,Fengshi GB31,Fengshiqian) Continuing needling sensation therapy for chronic urticaria.Methods:42 patients in accordance with the diagnostic standards were randomized into two groups,with each experimental and control group21 menbers.The patients of experimental group were treated with catgut embedding therapy and the control group by oral administration of Loratadine.Results:two groups of improvement in clinical symptoms,there was statistical significance difference P<0.05,illustrate the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group;the two group decreased in serum IgE,statistically significant,difference P<0.05,explain the treatment group in reducing serum IgE in patients with chronic urticaria is better than that of control group.Conclusion:the "three acupuncture points" mainly Continuing needling sensation therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,the clinical effect is likely to play by reducing the total IgE level in serum of patients with.更多还原
