【摘要】 目的:观察超脉冲CO2激光点阵疗法联合药物注射治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:55例增生性瘢痕患者,其中烧伤瘢痕27例,创伤、手术后瘢痕15例,痤疮瘢痕7例,其他瘢痕6例。采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光扫描(CW,ActiveFX、DeepFX、SCAAR FX模式),术毕采用美宝烧伤湿润膏外涂2周,治疗周期间隔3月,治疗疗程3~8次;激光治疗间隔期间根据瘢痕情况行复方倍他米松与5-Fu联合注射治疗。比较患者治疗前后瘢痕疼痛、瘙痒指数、创面愈合时间、色素沉着发生率,温哥华瘢痕量表评分。结果:患者瘢痕的临床疼痛瘙痒感明显好转,温哥华瘢痕量表评分和色素沉着发生率均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO2激光点阵疗法联合药物注射可有效治疗增生性瘢痕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with drug injection therapy in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Methods 55 cases of hypertrophic scars,including 27 cases of burn scar,15 cases of trauma and post-operation scar,7 cases of acne scar and 6 cases of other scar.All the patients were treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser(with the mode of CW,ActiveFX,DeepFX,SCAAR FX),then grinded meibao burn moist cream for 2 weeks,the interval treatment period is 3 months,with 3 to 8 times repetitive therapy.Compound betamethasone combined 5-Fu were injected to the scar on the basis of specific circumstance during the period of treatment.Make a comparison of pain and pruritus score,wound healing time,the incidence of pigmentation and giving a score by Vancouver scar rating scale between pretherapy and post-treatment.Results The feeling of pain and pruritus recovered obviously,the incidence of pigmentation and the score by Vancouver scar rating scale were significantly less comparing with prior treatment.Conclusion The ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with drug injection therapy can treat hypertrophic scar effectively.更多还原
