一种新型电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器及在组合壳中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文设计了一种新型电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器。首先,分析了电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器的吸振机理,进而设计了一种新型电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器,该电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器由电磁阻尼吸振器和负电阻分支电路两部分组成,其中,电磁阻尼吸振器可以吸收振动能量,产生电磁阻尼力抑制结构振动,负电阻分支电路通过直流电源供电后产生负电阻的效果,可以抵消电磁阻尼吸振器中线圈的等效电阻,使总电阻减小,从而使所吸收的振动能量尽可能转换为电能,在电路中以焦耳热的形式耗散,增强吸振的效果。进而,以此建立了电磁机构力-电-磁耦合的模型,推导了磁化方向为径向的永磁体的磁感应强度表达式,进行了电磁机构力-电-磁耦合特性仿真计算,并利用ansys软件验证了其正确性,进而得到机电耦合系数和电磁阻尼力的表达式。最后,建立了组合壳悬挂电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器的力学模型,对组合壳系统进行了振动抑制仿真计算,并建立了组合壳结构试验测试系统,进行了吸振试验技术研究。仿真与试验结果都表明,负电阻电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器能有效地抑制组合壳的多模态振动。该负电阻电磁分支电路阻尼吸振器具有响应速度快、作动力大、结构简单等特点。

【Abstract】 This paper propose a novel design of electromagnetic shunt damping vibration absorber. First,the principle of electromagnetic shunt damper vibration absorber is analyzed,and then a novel designs of electromagnetic shunt damping vibration absorber is proposed. The electromagnetic shunt damper vibration absorber consists of an electromagnetic vibration absorber and negative resistance negative inductance shunt circuit. The electromagneticvibration absorber can absorb vibration energy and produce electromagnetic damping force to suppress vibration. At the same time,the negative resistance negative inductance shunt circuit decreases the total resistance and inductance by providing negative resistance and negative inductance,so that the vibration absorption energy can be dissipated as much as possible in the circuit in the form of Joule heat in order to enhance the effect of vibration absorbing. According to this,the mechanic-electromagnetic coupling model is established. Then the expression of magnetic induction intensity of permanent magnet of which magnetization direction is radial is derived. Further,the expressions of electromechanical coupling coefficient and the electromagnetic damping force are obtained. The simulation calculation of the mechanic-electromagnetic coupling characteristic is done,of which the correctness is verified by using the ANSYS software. Finally,this paper establishes the mechanical model of combined shell on which an electromagnetic shunt damping vibration absorber is hung,and simulates the vibration suppression of the combined shell system. Then the experimental system of the combined shell structure is established and the research on experimental technology of vibration absorption is carried out. The simulation and experimental results show that this electromagnetic shunt damping vibration absorber can effectively suppress the multimodal vibration of the combined shell structure. The electromagnetic shunt damper vibration absorber has the characteristics of fast response speed,large power,simple structure and so on. The research results provide a feasible method for the vibration control field.
