山地烟不同叶位烟叶钾氯含量与叶长的关系

【摘要】 通过对山地烟不同叶位、不同长度烟叶的钾、氯含量进行测定分析,明确山地烟烤后叶长与烟叶钾、氯积累及钾氯比的关系。结果表明,平地叶位15及叶位9烟叶钾含量与叶长呈极显著正相关,叶位15和叶位4烟叶氯含量与叶长呈极显著负相关,各个叶位钾氯比与叶长相关不显著;缓坡地叶位15烟叶钾含量与叶长呈极显著正相关,而叶位4则呈极显著负相关,叶位15烟叶氯含量与叶长呈极显著正相关,而叶位9和叶位4则呈极显著负相关,叶位9钾氯比与叶长呈极显著正相关。两种地貌叶位15钾含量以55-60 cm烟叶钾含量最高,叶位9以70-75 cm烟叶的最高,叶位4则以50-60 cm烟叶的最高,过长或过短都导致相应叶位烟叶钾含量显著或极显著降低。两种地貌叶位15烟叶50-65 cm烟叶氯含量最高,叶位4则以叶长45-60cm烟叶的最高,叶长进一步增加导致其氯含量显著或极显著降低。两种地貌烟叶钾氯比没有明显规律。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to determine potassium content, chlorine content, and potassium chloride ration in different leaf positions and different length of tobacco leaf in the mountain area in order to understand the relationship between the leaf potassium, chlorine accumulation, and potassium chloride ration and the length of tobacco leaf. The results showed that the potassium content of leaf position 15 and leaf position 9 was extremely significant positive correlation with leaf length, while the chloride content of leaf position 15 and leaf position 4 was extremely significant negative correlation in flat field. The ratio of potassium to chloride in different leaf position was not significantly related to leaf length. The potassium content of leaf position 15 was extremely significant positive correlation with leaf length, but that of leaf position 4 was extremely significant negative correlation in gentle slope field. The chloride content of leaf 15 was extremely significant positive correlation with leaf length, while that of leaf position 9 and leaf position 4 was extremely significant negative correlation with leaf length in gentle slope field. The ratio of potassium to chloride of leaf position 9 was extremely significant positive correlation with leaf length in gentle slope field. The potassium content of leaf position 15 was highest when the leaf length was between 55 cm and 60 cm, that of leaf position 9 was highest when the leaf length was between 70 cm and 75 cm, at the sometime that of leaf position 4 was highest when the leaf length was between 50 cm and 60 cm in flat and gentle slope field. The potassium content was significantly or very significantly decreased when the leaf length was too longer or too shorter in flat and gentle slope field. The chloride content of leaf position 15 was highest when the leaf length was between 50 cm and 65 cm, that of leaf position 4 was highest when the leaf length was between 45 cm and 60 cm, but the chloride content was significantly or extremely significantly decreased when the leaf length was increased further in flat and gentle slope field. The ratio of potassium to chloride had no obvious regularity.
