【摘要】 目的:探求膜拜成员认知偏差特征及与抑郁水平之间的关系,并为针对性开展心理干预提供科学依据。方法:采用认知偏差问卷(CBQ)对48名膜拜成员和50名非膜拜人员进行比较研究,并辅以半结构式访谈法对膜拜成员的认知偏差和情绪状态进行评估分析,并了解其膜拜原因,加入途径,支持来源。结果:①膜拜成员在抑郁-歪曲维度上得分显著高于非膜拜成员(t=4.873,p<0.001);在抑郁-非歪曲维度上得分显著高于非膜拜成员(t=3.413,p<0.05);在非抑郁-歪曲维度上得分也显著高于非膜拜成员(t=2.980,p<0.05)。②膜拜成员存在的认知偏差,与其性别(女性66.7%)、年龄(45岁以上81.7%)、文化程度(高中以下83.3%)、群体影响(60.4%是受到家人和朋友的影响而加入其中;54.2%是在加入后获得了家人和朋友的强化)以及精神控制有关。③膜拜成员认知偏差的主要表现特征是任意推断、选择性概括、过度引伸、夸大或缩小、绝对化思维和个人化。④膜拜成员的认知偏差与其抑郁情绪的关系是:认知偏差—抑郁情绪—加重偏差,是相互影响的循环关系。结论:膜拜成员存在的认知偏差是抑郁情绪的基础,从而出现并加重抑郁情绪,可采用认知疗法开展相关心理干预,其干预技术程序为:①领悟原理;②识别认知偏差;③真实性检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study is to explore the cult member’s cognitive bias characteristics and its relationship with depression,and to provide scientific basis for psychological intervention.Methods:Using the Cognitive Bias Questionnaire(CBQ) measured 48 cult members and 50 non-cult personnel for comparative study.And semi-structured interview was supplemented to analyse and evaluate cult member’s cognitive biases and emotional state,and to ask them why join the cult groups,who led them to join the cult groups,and who support their participation.Results:Cult members in the dimension of depressed-distorted of the scores was significantly higher than non-cult members’(t=4.873,p<0.001);cult members in the dimensions of depressed-non-distorted of the scores was significantly higher than noncult members’ t=3.413,p<0.05);and cult members in the dimensions of non-depressed-distorted of the scores were significantly higher than non-cult members’(t=2.980,p<0.05).This proves the cognitive biases existed in cult members,associated with their gender,age,education,group-influence and mind control.Cult member’s cognitive bias characteristics are arbitrary inference,selective abstraction,overgeneralization,magnification and exaggeration,polarized thinking and personalization.The relationship between cognitive bias and depression is cognitive bias-Depression-increasing cognitive bias,which is a interactional circulation.Conclusion:Cognitive biases existed in cult members,aggravated the depression,which should use cognitive therapy intervention.The intervention program is as follows:first,realization principle;second,cognition deviation;third,authenticity test.更多还原
