【摘要】 教师激励风格是指教师在教学过程中用以调动和维持学生学习积极性的策略倾向。心理弹性作为教师自身重要的心理资源,其与教师激励风格存在怎样的关系,目前结论尚不清楚;且国内尚无系统的针对高校教师激励风格的测量工具。本研究自编《高校教师激励风格问卷》,并采用《高校教师激励风格问卷》和《心理弹性量表》作为研究材料,探讨中国民办高校教师的心理弹性与激励风格的关系。研究1通过查阅文献、开放式问卷、访谈等方法编制高校教师激励风格问卷,结果表明自编高校教师激励风格问卷具有较好的信效度;高校教师激励风格是一个多维结构,包括目标激励、自主激励、关系激励和控制激励四个维度。研究2采用自编高校教师激励风格问卷和心理弹性量表,选取250名民办高校教师为研究对象,考查高校教师心理弹性与激励风格的关系。结果发现民办高校教师多采用目标型激励方式激发学生的学习动机,最少采用控制型激励方式;高校教师激励风格在关系型激励维度上存在显著性别差异,在目标型激励维度上存在显著年龄差异,不同教龄和学历的高校教师激励风格差异不显著;高校教师的心理弹性与激励风格呈显著正相关;心理弹性力量性维度和坚韧性维度分别对目标激励型和自主型激励风格具有显著正向预测力,坚韧性和力量性维度均对关系型激励风格具有显著正向预测力。结论认为:中国高校教师心理弹性与其教学激励风格关系密切,未来研究可通过实证研究进一步探索其深层次的内在机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’ motivating style is teachers’ interpersonal style during motivating and maintaining students’ learning initiatives.Resilience is an essential mental resources,but on the one hand,their relationship between resilience and teachers’ motivating style is still unclear;on the other hand,there is no empirical research tool about college teachers’ motivating style in China.The current study developed College Teachers’ Motivating Style Scale,used it and Resilience Scale to examine the relations between motivating style and resilience among private college teachers.In study 1,we drew up a scale,the results suggested that the scale had satisfactory reliability and validity and it was a multidimensional structure,including target motivating strategy,autonomy motivating strategy,relationship motivating strategy,and the controlling motivating strategy.In study 2,we adopted the College Teachers’ Motivating Style Scale and Resilience Scale to explore the relations between the two,results showed that,1) college teachers tended to choose target motivating strategy to motivate students’ learning motivation,controlling motivating strategy was less used;2) a significant gender difference in the relationships motivating strategy existed,target motivating strategy varied significantly according to age,school age and education background difference among college teachers was not significant;3) resilience was significantly positively related to teachers’ motivating style;4) strength and hardiness dimensions could significantly positively predict target and autonomy motivating strategy respectively,and both could significantly positively predict relationship motivating strategy.In conclusion,relations between resilience and motivating style in Chinese college teachers are close,future academic research should focus on their internal mechanism.更多还原
