【摘要】 目的调查实习护生人生意义状况及其与社会支持和应对方式的关系。方法采用自制一般资料问卷、中文人生意义问卷(C-MLQ)、社会支持评定量表(SRSS)和简易应对方式问卷对867名实习护生进行调查。结果 (1)实习护生人生意义体验和人生意义寻求得分分别为(24.62±5.29)、(26.29±5.70)分;(2)不同性别、不同学历实习护生在人生意义体验和人生意义寻求得分上存在统计学差异(P<0.05);(3)积极应对方式和社会支持能够正向预测人生意义体验,积极应对方式能够正向预测人生意义寻求;(4)积极应对方式在社会支持和人生意义体验间存在部分中介效应。结论实习护生人生意义状况较好,社会支持和积极应对方式与实习护生人生意义关系密切,社会支持通过积极应对方式间接影响实习护生人生意义体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigating the status of student nurses, meaning in life,analyze its relationship with social support and coping style. Methods Eight hundred and sixty seven student nurses were surveyed with the self-made general questionnaire,Chinese meaning of life questionnaire(C-MLQ),social support rating scale(SRSS) and simple coping style questionnaire. Results(1)The score of student nurses, presence of meaning was(24.62±5.29),search for meaning was(26.29±5.70).(2)Different gender and education background exist significant difference in presence of meaning and search for meaning(P<0.05).(3)Positive coping style can significantly predict student nurses, presence of meaning and search for meaning,social support can significantly predict student nurses, presence of meaning.(4)Positive coping style has partial mediation effect between social support and presence of meaning. Conclusions Student nurses, meaning in life status was good,social support and positive coping style were the influence factors of student nurses, meaning in life.Social support indirectly influence student nurses, presence of meaning by positive coping style.更多还原
