【摘要】 目的验证矛盾意向疗法对慢性失眠患者的效果及与影响治疗效果的相关因素。方法按照CCMD‐3诊断标准在社区筛选慢性失眠患者,随机分为实验组(n=40)与对照组(n=41),试验组接受矛盾意向疗法,对照组接受睡眠卫生宣教。结果在干预结束时(第6周)及干预后1个月、3个月和6个月4个时点,试验组睡眠努力度、焦虑程度分别低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在干预后3个月、6个月时试验组匹茨堡睡眠指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。睡眠改善与睡眠努力的降低程度和应对方式中的解决问题、求助、幻想呈正相(P<0.05),与年龄、退避、合理化呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论矛盾意向疗法对慢性失眠患者具有显著的疗效,治疗效果与应对方式具有相关性并受患者年龄的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of paradoxical intention therapy(PIT) on the chronic insomnia patients. Methods Totally 81 patients in community were enrolled according to the Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders-3(CCMD-3), and randomly distributed into the experimental group(n=41) and the control group(n=40). The experimental group received PIT, and the control group received sleep hygiene education. 2 groups were measured by using PSQI, GSES, SAS, CSQ at different time which include the end of the psychotherapy, 1 month, 3months and 6 months after the therapy.Results The sleep effort, anxiety of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group at the time that psychotherapy was over and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the therapy(P<0.01). But for the sleep quality index of the experimental group, it is lower than that of the control group(P<0.01)at 3 months and 6 months after the therapy. The sleep improvement is positively related with sleep effort decrease, and problem solving, consulting, fantasy coping style. And it is negatively related with the age and retreat,rationalization coping style(P<0.01).Conclusion PIT has significant effect on the chronic insomnia, and the effect is related with the age and the coping style of the insomniacs.更多还原
