【摘要】 本研究旨在对中国成年人核心心理健康素质量表进行心理测量学检验,并建立中国成年人核心心理健康素质的全国常模。通过对全国采样的6433名调查对象的数据资料的分析,表明(1)核心心理健康素质量表的信效度符合心理测量学要求。其中,中国成年人核心心理健康素质总量表以及各个分量表的内部一致性信度系数均在0.817以上;采用验证性因素分析的方法,通过对核心心理健康素质总量表测量模型的修正之后,模型的拟合指标符合要求:NFI=0.900、RFI=0.879、IFI=0.903、TLI=0.882、CFI=0.903、RMSEA=0.076;核心心理健康素质总量表与各个分量表的相关系数均在0.744以上,为高度相关,各个分量表之间的相关系数均在0.382-0.672之间,核心心理健康素质总量表与各个分量表之间的相关程度高于各个分量表之间的相关程度,这表明中国成年人核心心理健康素质总量表具有较高的内容效度和结构效度。(2)中国成年人核心心理健康素质水平性别差异不显著;中青年组的核心心理健康素质水平显著高于中年组和老年组,但中年组与老年组差异不显著;受教育程度越高,其核心心理健康素质水平越高,其中,大专及以上组的核心心理健康素质水平显著高于初中组和高中组,而且高中组显著高于初中组;职业类型对核心心理健康素质水平有影响,如果按照单位负责人、办事人员、专业技术人员、商业服务业人员、生产运输设备操作人员、其他人员以及农林牧副渔业人员来前后排序,基本上从前至后其核心心理健康素质水平依次降低,且每一种职业和与之相邻的职业差异不显著,而与相隔的职业类型的核心心理健康素质水平差异显著。结论:中国成年人核心心理健康素质总量表可以应用于我国成年人核心心理健康素质的相关研究和人才心理评估与选拔;本研究制定的中国成年人核心心理健康素质常模可以作为相关研究的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to develop a Chinese adults′psychological core health diathesis scale, and to establish the norms for it. Based on the statistical data of a nationwide sample of 6433 adults, the results showed that(1) the central psychological health diathesis scale had good Cronbach α coefficient reliability, construct validity and content validity;(2) there was no sexual difference on central psychological health diathesis; comparing to the elderly group, youth group had higher central psychological health diathesis; along with the education level enhancemented, people′s central psychological health diathesis were significantly increased; the occupation type influenced the central psychological health diathesis.The scale were up to psychological test standard, and can be used to assess the central psychological health diathesis of Chinese adults; we further established the national norms for it.更多还原
