【摘要】 已有研究表明程序公正是影响个体权威正当性判断的重要前因变量。并且,大多研究从个体与群体关系的视角,运用关系模型来解释程序公正对权威正当性的影响,并认为个体关注权威正当性主要原因是对关系的关注。但是影响个体权威正当性判断的因素不仅有对关系因素的关注,还有对工具因素的关注,二者并不是对立的,只是在不同条件下会凸显不同因素,已有实证研究并未同时对两种因素的关注。程序公正本身包含有多重信息,它不仅向个体传递与权威和群体关系的信息,同时还传递非关系的工具性信息。虽然信任与程序公正和权威正当性关系密切,但未有研究同时探讨信任在程序公正与权威正当性中的关系。信任可分为认知性信任(与工具利益有关)与情感信任(与社会情感投入有关),本研究认为程序公正既可通过认知信任影响权威正当性也可通过情感信任影响权威正当性,即本研究拟建立程序公正与权威正当性的双路径模型。并且,本研究认为群体认同调节两条路径。研究拟采用三个子研究探讨以上问题,研究一运用问卷调查,验证程序公正与权威正当性的双路径模型;研究二同样运用问卷研究探讨群体认同对两条路径的调节作用;研究三通过操作程序公正与群体认同进一步重复研究研究二的结果。本研究有助于进步了解程序公正对权威正当性的影响机制,同时有助于为管理者提供建议以更有效地提高不同个体的权威正当性判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing research addressed that procedural justice is the key antecedent of legitimacy. Based on relational models of justice, many researchers argue that factors about relational concern are the main reasons to motive people form legitimacy. But legitimacy theorists indicate that despite relational concern, instrumental concern can also motive people form legitimacy. Procedural justice is not only a single showing the relationship quality with the authority, but also a control means to help people gain instrumental benefits. The present research analyze that the reasons underline the relationship between procedural justice and legitimacy. In order to construct a dual-pathway model, we hypotheses that cognition-based trust which is about instrumental benefits and affect-based trust which is about socioemotion mediate the relationship between procedural justice and legitimacy. And a questionnaire survey to verify this hypothesis. Furthermore, this study will also explore the moderating roles of identification on this relationship. Questionnaire survey and field experiment are used.更多还原
