【摘要】 对几种美白剂抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用进行测定。以L-酪氨酸为底物,测定一定质量分数下的美白剂对酪氨酸酶活性具有良好的抑制效果;选用α-熊果苷测定实验方法的重现性与精密度,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%与0.96%;几种美白剂对酪氨酸酶活性具有抑制效果,抑制作用为可逆抑制,抑制类型为非竞争性抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measure the effect of inhibiting tyrosinase activity on several whitening materials,With L-tyrosine as substrate for determination of certain concentration of whitening agent has good inhibition effect on the activity of tyrosinase.Use α-arbutin to measure the method of the experiment’s reproducibility and precision,RSD were 1.3%and 0.96%.Identified these whitening materials to inhibit tyrosinase activity were reversible inhibition,the type were noncompetitive inhibition.更多还原
