尖孢镰刀菌细胞壁降解酶活性研究

【摘要】 为了明确尖孢镰刀菌引起百合鳞茎腐烂病的致病机理,采用比色法测定了其不同细胞壁降解酶的活性。研究结果表明:尖孢镰刀菌可以产生纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶、木质素酶和蛋白酶,说明细胞壁降解酶是尖孢镰刀菌主要的致病因子之一;该菌产生的Cx酶、果胶酶、木聚糖酶和蛋白酶活性较高,均大于0.2 U/mL,说明这些酶系是尖孢镰刀菌主要的致病酶系:该菌可以产生木质素酶,但仅局限与胞内(活力为0.437 4~28.493 8U/mL),而不分泌到胞外,胞外活力均为负值,说明木质素酶不是其主要的致病酶系。
【Abstract】 In order to clarify the pathogenic mechanism of lily bulb rot caused by Fusarium oxysporum,the activity of different cell wall degrading enzymes was determined by colorimetry.The results showed that F.oxysporum could produce cellulase,hemicellulase,pectinase,ligninase and protease,which indicated that cell wall degrading enzymesare one of the major pathogenic factors of F.oxysporum.The activities of Cx,pectinase,xylanase and protease were higher than 0.2 U/mL,indicating that these enzymes are the main pathogenic enzymes of F.oxysporum.It could produce ligninase,but only limited tointracellular(0.437 4~28.493 8 U/mL),but not secreted to extracellular,extracellular activity is negative,indicating that ligninase is not its main pathogenic enzyme system.
