蓖麻油浸提同步蓖麻饼粕脱毒技术的研究

【摘要】 为改进蓖麻油制取和蓖麻饼粕脱毒技术,提高蓖麻籽加工业的经济效益,选用正己烷、甲醇、95%乙醇、丙酮和异丙醇进行蓖麻油浸提实验,采用85%、65%、45%、25%的乙醇溶液浸提蓖麻饼粕,确定适宜的浸提溶剂并对其进行优化。结果表明,95%乙醇适宜浸提蓖麻油,其最优条件为:微波变性1 min、浸提1 h、料液比1:8 g/mL、浸提3次。25%乙醇可用于蓖麻饼粕脱毒,其最优条件为:浸提3 h、浸提温度80℃、料液比1:12 g/mL、浸提3次。综合考虑实际生产的经济性原则,选取次优实验进行验证,结果表明,蓖麻油浸提率、饼粕残油率分别为99.74%和0.48%,蓖麻碱、变应原脱除率分别为98.43%和98.64%。本文建立了一套溶剂浸提蓖麻油同步脱除蓖麻饼粕毒素的新工艺,为提高蓖麻加工业的经济效益提供了技术支持。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the castor oil preparation technology and castor meal detoxification technology and improve the overall economic benefits of castor seed processing,n-hexane,methanol,95%ethanol,acetone,isopropyl alcohol were used to do extraction experiments of castor oil,and 85%,65%,45%,25%ethanol were used to extract castor meal,respectively.A technology of solvent extraction of castor oil synchronous castor meal detoxification was established.The results indicated that 95%ethanol can be used as the extraction solvent of castor oil and the optimal conditions were microwave denaturation time at 1 min,extraction time at 1 hour,ratio of sample to solution at 1:8 g/mL,extraction time at 3.25%ethanol can remove allergen and ricinine of castor meal and the optimal conditions were extraction time at 3 hour,extraction temperature at 80℃,ratio of sample to solution at 1:12 g/mL,extraction times at 3.Considering economical principle of industry,select the suboptimal level for the experiment of verify.Under suboptimal conditions that,the extraction rate of castor oil is99.74%,residual oil rate of castor meal is 0.48%;removal rate of ricinine is 98.43%,remove rate of allergen is 98.64%.This paper provides technical support for improving the economic benefit of castor processing industry.
