【Abstract】 The key of the strictest water resource management(SWRM) system is to obtain accurately the regional gross water usage through water resource monitoring and gross water usage statistics work.While the control management system of gross water usage of Ningxia is operated effectively,the accurate gross water usage in 2014 is obtained as a result of water usage monitoring,metering and statistics process.This paper illuminates the detail of the process and suggestions are made regarding to the process of water usage monitoring,metering and statistics of total water use.更多还原
