步进式加热炉内钢坯中心碳偏析扩散的模拟研究
Simulation for Central Carbon Segregation of Billet Casting in Reheating Furnace

【摘要】 利用Fluent软件模拟某钢厂步进式加热炉内铸坯的二维温度场,结合分子扩散模型,探讨C元素在不同加热制度下的扩散行为,对比不同加热制度对铸坯中心C偏析的改善程度。结果表明:采用加热工艺1(均热段温度1014℃,加热时间90min),铸坯出加热炉时心部、表面和角部的温度分别为941℃、957℃和970℃,而采用工艺2(均热段温度1053℃,加热时间140min),铸坯出炉温度比工艺1高约60-80℃。铸坯在加热炉内加热温度高、加热时间长可使其出炉温度高,内外温差小,提高塑性保证压下效率。对于相同铸坯,工艺1可使中心C偏析指数降低4.0%,而工艺2可使其降低6.7%。加热时间长、加热温度高有利于改善中心C偏析,但改善效果仍然有限。
【Abstract】 The two-dimensional temperature field of billet in reheating furnace was calculated by the software Fluent.Combined with the molecular diffusion model,the carbon diffusion behaviors under different heating schemes were discussed,and the improvement effect of heating schemes on the central carbon segregation of billets was compared.The results show that the temperatures of the center,surface and comer of the billet at the exit of reheating furnace after adopting the first heating scheme are941 ℃,957℃ and 970℃.While after reheated as the second heating scheme,the temperature of the billet is 60-80 ℃ higher than that reheated as the first heating scheme.With the increasing heating time and temperature in reheating furnace,the temperature of billet increases,the temperature difference decreases which can improve the ductility of billet to ensure the rolling efficiency.For the same billet,the first heating scheme can make the central carbon segregation decrease by 4%,while the second heating scheme can make it decrease by 6.7%.It is more effective to decrease the carbon segregation when the temperature is higher and the time is longer,but the effect is limited.The research may provide a theoretical guidance and reference data for establishing the heating system in real productivity for this steel works.
