方坯结晶器内不同钢种的凝固变形行为

【摘要】 建立了方坯连铸结晶器内凝固过程的热-力耦合模型。定量揭示了不同钢种结晶器内气隙生长、表面温度与凝固变形行为。其中,亚包晶钢冷凝收缩较大,其角部气隙约是中碳钢的3-5倍;中碳钢在结晶器内的坯壳收缩较小,但其凝固温区长,裂纹敏感区间大,在结晶器下部的偏离角拉应力状态更加突出。不同钢种凝固变形行为特点与差异应该是其结晶器参数设计、保护渣选择等改善角部质量工艺措施的依据。

【Abstract】 The thermomechanical-coupled model was developed in the paper for the solidification analysis of bloom casting in the mould region.The gap evolution,surface temperature and solidification behavior have been revealed accordingly.Remarkable shell contraction was found in the hypoperitectic steel,in which the gap development in the corner region is about 3 to 5 times as large as compared with the middle carbon steels.However,the middle carbon steel shown more severe off corner hot tearing sensitivity at the exit of mould due to its larger solidification mushy zone.The differential solidification and deformation behavior of steels should be included in the practical casting technology together with the reasonable mould adoption.
