高品质GCr15轴承钢的工艺开发
Process Development for High-quality GCr15 Bearing Steel

【摘要】 介绍了武钢采用BOF—LF—VD—CC工艺生产高品质GCr15轴承钢的生产技术。生产结果表明,采用转炉高拉碳工艺,出钢碳[C]≥0.20%,出钢过程采用大罐全程吹氩,降低钢中的全氧质量分数,促进钢中夹杂物充分上浮,炉后加铝块或SiAlFe或MnAlFe脱氧。精炼渣碱度目标值控制在2.5~4.0范围,生产的GCr15轴承钢成分为(%):0.96~1.01 C,0.18~0.28 Si,0.34~0.39 Mn,1.43~1.60 Cr,≤0.02 Mo,≤0.04 Cu,≤9×10-6[O];采用"铸坯喷涂防粘钢涂料+临界极限高温扩散"加热工艺,解决了推钢式加热炉生产GCrl5轴承钢粘钢难题,又能大大改善碳偏析程度,生产的GCr15钢材碳化物液析≤2.0级,碳化物网状≤2.5级,碳化物带状≤3.0级,满足标准要求。
【Abstract】 GCr15 Bearing Steel by BOF-LF-VD-CC is produced at Wuhan Iron and Steel.Production results show that with the process measures including using BOF catch carbon practice to control end[C]>0.20%,the big pot full of blowing argon during tapping for pre-deoxidizing so that reducing total oxygen in steel quality and promoting inclusion floating fully,and controlling refining slag basicity 2.5~4.0,the results of GCr15 Bearing Steel are(%):0.96~1.01 C,0.18~0.28 Si,0.34~0.39 Mn,1.43~1.60 Cr,≤0.02 Mo,≤0.04 Cu,≤9× 10-6[O].The new technology process which "spraying non-stick coating for steel in billet surface and the critical limit of high temperature diffusion ",carbide liquid-extraction≤2.0,carbide network≤2.5,carbide zonal≤3.0 to meet the requirement of standard.
