B在K417G合金中的作用研究

【摘要】 研究了B在0.0017%~0.035%含量范围内的K417G合金组织性能的变化,结果表明:当B含量低于0.012%时,B原子主要固溶在合金基体及碳化物中;当B含量增加到0.016%,析出少量硼化物,随B含量增加,硼化物析出增多,呈块状分布在晶界或共晶处。B对碳化物析出无明显影响,但明显促进γ+γ′共晶析出,并增大合金中疏松形成趋势。随B含量增加,持久性能明显提高。

【Abstract】 The effect of B(0.0017%~0.035%) on the microstructure and properties of K417 G alloy was investigated.It is shown that when B was less than 0.012%,B atoms were mainly dissolved in the matrix and carbide.Increasing B to0.016%,only a few blocky borides were formed,which were further increased as boron increasing,which distributed at the grain boundaries or the eutectic area.The precipitation of carbide was seldom changed as boron content in alloy was increased.The addition of boron resulted in an increase in the amount of γ+γ’ eutectic as well as the tendency to form microporosity.With the increase of B content,stress rupture properties were improved significantly.
