超大型烟气轮机φ1450mm涡轮盘用GH4738合金成分优化设计研究

【摘要】 本研究利用Thermo-Calc及JMat Pro软件计算,研究了不同C、Al、Ti及Cr等元素的相对GH4738合金中的相析出规律及对其合金力学性能变化规律;基于以上计算,设计超级GH4738高温合金成分与常规合金成分,制备了7种不同合金成分的该合金,并测定了其室温、高温拉伸及高温持久等性能,研究了其合金显微组织状态。最终确定了超级合金的设计思路:适当降低C含量;提高Al含量至合金成分范围高限,适当提高Ti含量;Al+Ti的总量在4.4%~4.6%之间;同时,测定获得拉伸性能趋势结果与计算结果较为吻合。
【Abstract】 The effect of C,Al,Ti and Cr on different phase precipitation and their mechanical properties were calculated by Thermo-Calc and JMat Pro software.Based on the above calculation,several optimized and conventional compositions of high-temperature GH4738 alloy were designed and seven kinds of different alloy were prepared by melting,deformation and heat treatment Then,their mechanical properties were tested at room/ high temperature conditions,such as tensile and stress rupture for these alloys.Besides,the microstructure of alloy were anlysed.The results showed that finalized superalloys design should be appropriate to reduce the content of C,to enhance the content of Al up to the limit,appropriately increasing Ti content And Al + Ti should be in a total amount of between 4.4%to 4.6%.At the same time,the calculated results in mechainical properties are consistent with actual results.
