U720Li合金大尺寸盘锻件和环形件锻造工艺研究

【摘要】 新型Ni-Cr-Co基难变形高温合金U720Li具有优异的综合力学性能及良好的高温组织稳定性,是航空发动机650~750℃用关键转动件的优选材料之一。本研究通过开展U720Li合金热变形特性、锻件模锻工艺的数值模拟等研究,确定了U720Li合金大尺寸盘锻件和环形件的锻造工艺,制备出外径尺寸分别为φ520mm和φ450mm的盘锻件和环形件,经过探伤、表面腐蚀和理化检测,锻件满足相关技术指标要求。

【Abstract】 U720Li is a new Ni-Co-Cr base cast and wrought alloy with excellent mechanical properties and thermal structure stability.It has been the excellent material for Critical Rotating Components in the range of 650 ~750℃ for high thrust aeroengines.In this paper,the deformation characteristics of U720 Li were investigated to find out the microstructural evolution,and the numerical simulation of forging processing for disc and ring forgings were conducted to validate the current processing.Viable forging processings for U720 Li disc and ring forgings were invented,and full-scale-disc(φ520mm × 60mm)and ring(φ450mm×360mm×150mm) forgings were manufactured.It is found that the ultrasonic inspection,mechanical properties and microstructure are all in conformity with the specification respectively.
