应变速率对时效态GH4199合金拉伸变形行为的影响

【摘要】 研究了应变速率对时效态GH4199合金显微组织和拉伸变形行为的影响规律,并探讨了作用机制。结果表明,随应变速率的增加,时效态GH4199合金抗拉强度和屈服强度均提高;断裂伸长率先缓慢下降、后急剧增加。当应变速率较低为10-3s-1时,位错绕过尺寸小间距大的γ′相;随着γ′相尺寸的长大,位错以攀移方式越过γ′相。当应变速率为101s-1时,位错仍能切过γ′相,且随应变速率的增加,被切过的γ′相尺寸逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 The influence of strain rate on microstructure and tensile deformation behavior of GH4199 alloy after aging was studied in this paper.The results show that,tensile strength and yield strength of GH4199 alloy after aging increases with the strain rate growing,while fracture elongation have a fluctuation change,decreasing slowly first and then increasing rapidly.Dislocations pass fine γ’ particles and escalade γ’ particles which are bigger.With a strain rate of 101s-1,dislocations can incise the finest γ’ particles,and the size of γ’ particles incised by dislocations gets bigger with the strain rate growing.
