磷化物在GH2706合金中的析出规律研究

【摘要】 本文研究了磷(P)含量为0.002%~0.025%(质量分数)范围内GH2706合金中磷化物的析出规律。通过对P含量为0.025%的合金进行(920~1080)℃×1h固溶处理,确定了磷化物的析出峰温度位于980℃附近;将不同P含量的合金进行980℃×3h固溶处理,并观察磷化物的析出情况,结果表明:当合金P含量不大于0.008%时,磷化物不析出;当P含量不小于0.013%时,随着P含量增加,磷化物的析出数量明显增加。采用TEM选区电子衍射确定了磷化物为正交结构的MNP相。
【Abstract】 This work aimed to investigate the precipitation of phosphides in GH2706 alloy containing different P content(0.002%~0.025%).The precipitation behavior of phosphides in 0.025%P alloy was studied after solution treatment at920 ~ 1080℃ for 1 h to determine the precipitation temperature of phosphides.The precipitation peak temperature of phosphides was determined to be around 980℃.Then GH2706 alloys with different P content were solution treated at 980℃ for 3h.It was shown that phosphides precipitate when P content exceeded 0.013%,With increasing P content,the amount of phosphides was obviously increased.Moreover,the crystal structure was found to be orthorhombic MNP phase by TEM.
