NaSrBO3:相变、结构及在LED中的应用

【摘要】 NaSrBO3是我们小组武莉教授在2006年发现并解析的一个新化合物,已被证实是一种性能优良的LED用荧光基质材料。但是,我们最近发现,NaSrBO3在120℃时会发生相变:低温相α-NaSrBO3和高温相β-NaSrBO3。通过Na+或Ce3+等离子掺杂,成功的将高温相β-NaSrBO3稳定到室温,并采用粉末从头算法解析了β-NaSrBO3。该高温相的空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数为:a=6.06214(8)A,b=5.41005(7)A,c=9.1468(1)A,β=102.1 16(1)°,V=293.301(7)A3。Na和Sr互占位,[BO3]3-基团平行排列。随后,研究了β-NaSrBO3:Ce3+的荧光性质,发现它是一种蓝色荧光粉,且在LED工作温度区间的荧光性质优于α-NaSrBO3:Ce3+的相应荧光性质。当用近紫外芯片激发该荧光粉和其它商用粉,获得了色度坐标为(0.3821,0.3430)、显色指数为92.8、色温为3654K的暖白光LED,证明β-NaSrBO3:Ce3+是一种性能优良、可商用的蓝色荧光粉。
【Abstract】 α-NaSrBO3 is a promising phosphor host for phosphor-converted w-LED application with very interesting properties.However,it will undergoes a phase transformation to β-NaSrBO3 at LED working temperature.In this study,the high temperature phase β-NaSrBO3 was stabilized to room temperature by introducing Na+ and Ce3+ via high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The crystal structure of β-NaSrBO3 was determined from the powder X-ray diffraction data.It crystallizes in the space group P21/c with the lattice parameters:a=6.06214(8) A,b=5.41005(7) A,c=9.1468(1)A,β=102.116(1)°,and V=293.301(7) A3.Na and Sr sites are found to be mixed occupied by each other and the isolated[BO3]3- anionic groups are distributed in parallel.Ce3+ activated β-NaSrBO3:Ce3+blue-emitting phosphors were synthesized.The temperature-dependent PL spectra indicate that the thermal stability of β-NaSrBO3:Ce3+ is better than that of α-NaSrBO3:Ce3+ at the same temperature.A near-ultraviolet pumped warm w-LED with β-NaSrBO3:0.05Ce3+ phosphor as the blue component was fabricated.The w-LED lamp after illumination at 250 mA gives chromaticity coordinate,color rendering index and correlated color temperature of(0.3821,0.3430),92.8,and 3654 K,respectively.
