新型MOF基荧光探针的设计合成和性能研究

【摘要】 目前,已有研究表明,金属-有机框架(MOFs)晶态材料通常具有空间结构多样、结构高度规整、热稳定性高、孔隙率大、孔尺寸均匀等特点,并可表现出优良的光、磁、吸附、分离、催化等性能,这就使其在新材料的研发及应用方面具有重要的研究价值。近来,基于功能导向MOFs材料的新型探针的设计合成和应用研究正在悄然兴起,这正是源于它们独特的结构和性能所决定的。我们课题组最近也开展了一些研究工作,主要是利用含有d10金属离子或发光镧系离子和共轭多功能配体构筑了具有良好发光性能的MOFs材料,研究发现它们对特定的金属离子、有机小分子和碱性溶液具有高选择性识别分离的特性,这有望为新型荧光探针材料的研发提供新的动力和活力。
【Abstract】 It has been proved that crystalline metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) usually have the features of structural diversities,highly thermal stability,large porosity,uniform pore size,and exhibit the excellent optical,magnetism,adsorption,separation,catalysis and so on,which makes it be value in the research and application of new materials.Recently,the synthesis and application of novel probe are emerging based on the function-oriented MOFs materials due to their unique structures and properties.Recently,our group has also carried out the research work,mainly focused on using dlO metal ions or luminescent lanthanide ions and conjugate multifunctional ligands to synthesize some good luminescent MOFs.The studies have proven that they have highly selective sensing for the specific metal ions and small organic molecules and alkaline solution,which is expected to provide new impetus to the research and development of new fluorescent probe materials.
