4A分子筛载纳米铜催化剂的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 4A分子筛因其具有较好的孔容孔道、吸附能力、比表面积等特性而被广泛应用。以实验室制备的4A分子筛为基础,利用浸渍法和高压加氢法制备了4A分子筛载纳米铜催化剂(Cu/4A-zeolite),并对其进行了扫描和透射的表征。由表征结果可以看出催化剂形貌规整,内外有铜纳米粒子的存在,粒子分布均匀。然后对4A分子筛载纳米铜催化剂催化碘代苯与苯酚的Ullmann偶联反应性能进行考察,通过结果可以看出,经过四次循环反应后催化剂仍具有较高的活性。

【Abstract】 In recent years, 4A-zeolite has been widely used in the petrochemical industry and environment protection due to its good adsorption performance and ion exchange properties. The Cu/4A-zeolite composite catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and high-pressure hydrogenation.The catalyst was analyzed by a series of characterization techniques, such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM),etc. The characterization results indicated that the Cu NPs were uniformly distributed on the 4A-zeolite. The catalyst was used to catalyze Ullmann coupling reaction. The results showed that the catalyst still has very high conversion and high selection after four cycles.
