一步法制备Fe3O4@Pd-PPy复合材料及其催化性能研究

【摘要】 贵金属纳米粒子,由于其优异的催化活性,得到了人们的广泛关注。但易聚集、不易回收等缺点,限制其广泛的应用。在本文中,我们通过一步法制备了Fe3O4@Pd-PPy催化剂。此催化剂不仅解决了贵金属纳米粒子在催化过程中易聚集、易脱落的缺陷,而且其在外加磁场下很容易从体系中分离出来,具有很好的重复利用性。

【Abstract】 Metal nanoparticles have drawn much attention because of their high catalytic activity. However, they were easy to aggregation and difficult to separation, which have greatly hindered their practical applications. In this paper, we designed a simple way to prepare Fe3O4@Pd-Polypyrrole composites with high catalytic activity and stability. Due to the protection of polypyrrole shell, the metal nanoparticles could hardly fall off and aggregated. Moreover, the magnetic property of Fe3O4 nanoparticles made the composites could be easily recycled by magnet; hence they exhibited good reusability.
