可穿戴式摩擦发电织物的制备与研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了一种具有经纬编织结构的可穿戴式摩擦发电织物,其具有制备简单、质轻、应用广泛等特点。利用包缠的方法,我们将不同电负性的纤维(如涤纶、丙纶等)包缠在导电铜丝上,形成带有一个单电极的摩擦型纳米发电机单纤维,再将纤维通过不同的编织方法,制备出自带一个电极的摩擦发电织物。当人体穿着此织物时,由于机械运动,织物与外界物体产生相对摩擦,或织物经纬线之间发生相对滑移时,即可产生织物表面电荷的交换和分离,再通过电极与外电路的连接,将低频无序的机械能转化成电能。本课题通过改变包缠纤维的表层纤维材料、包缠密度、编织方式等参数,系统地分析和优化了摩擦发电织物的单位电能密度,对无储能服装的设计和研发具有深远的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The wearable triboelectric textile with structure of Warp/weft knitting is prepared, which has merits of easy preparation, light-weight and wide-application, etc. With wrapping, the fibers with different electronegativity, such as PET and PP, are wrapped on the conductive copper wire to prepare the triboelectric filament with a single electrode. Then the triboelectric textile nanogenerator with one electrode is prepared with different knitting methods by use of triboelectric filament. It will transfer the low-frequency and unordered mechanical energy, which are produced by human body enduing with this triboelectric textile, into electric energy when the textile slide with other materials. Furthermore, the energy density of triboelectric textile is analyzed and optimized by means of adjusting and contriling the materials of fibers, wrapping density and the way of knitting. It can be a potential method to research the intelligent clothing without energy storage equipment.
