超高交联聚合物的制备及其对苯胺的吸附性能研究

【摘要】 1,4-对二氯苄是一步法合成超高交联聚合物的典型单体,本文通过1,4-对二氯苄的自缩聚合成了一系列微孔聚合物,并系统的研究了溶剂种类,反应时间以及催化剂的用量对聚合物性能的影响。实验结果表明,在反应初期,聚合物的比表面积和孔体积随反应时间的增长而快速增加,当反应进行到18小时后,基本保持不变。同时,只有当催化剂的浓度在一定范围内,才能得到比表面积高,孔体积大的超高交联聚合物。当1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应时间为21小时,催化剂与单体的摩尔量比为1时,所得的微孔聚合物的比表面积可达1446.32m~2/g。最后,我们以苯胺为吸附质考察了这类超高交联聚合物的吸附行为,实验结果发现,这类材料对于苯胺的吸附动力学行为符合伪二阶动力学模型,吸附等温线可以用Langmuir吸附模型较好的拟合,20 0C时,这类材料对于苯胺的最大吸附量可达769.23 mg/g。
【Abstract】 a series of microporous polymers was produced via the self-condensation of dichloroxylene which is a typical bischloromethyl monomer for one-step synthetic process.The influences of experimental conditions were systematically investigated,and the results showed that Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) specific surface areas and pore volumes of the hypercrosslinked polymers(HCPs) increased rapidly as the increasing of reaction time at first and then almost remained constant;in addition,there is a threshold concentration of catalyst for producing HCPs with excellent properties.Under optimal reaction conditions,the microporous polymer with maximum BET specific surface area up to 1446.32 m~2/g was obtained.Furthermore,the adsorption performance of the as-prepared HCPs was studied by using aniline as model adsorbate.The adsorption of aniline followed a pseudo-second-order model,and the adsorption isotherm was proved to fit the Langmuir adsorption model(R~2>0.99).The maximum amount of adsorbed aniline could reach 769.23 mg/g at 20 ℃.
