高电荷AIE分子构建的酶响应荧光囊泡

【摘要】 聚集诱导荧光的AIE分子和酶的底物能够形成酶响应的荧光囊泡。这个荧光囊泡具有诊断治疗的效果。荧光囊泡能够示踪药物分子的位点,给我们研究药物的疗效发挥和疾病的机制带来方便。并且,这个囊泡能够被与老年痴呆症相关胆碱酯酶解体而释放出包藏的药物分子,在疾病位点发挥效果;同时解体后,囊泡的荧光消失,以此显示疾病的位点。利用这种AIE分子可以构建出更多的用于诊断治疗的智能载体。
【Abstract】 Enzyme responsive fluorescent vesicles made with AIE(aggregation induced emission) luminogens and the enzyme substrate have been achieved via supramolecular self-assembly.Specifically,the vesicles display fluorescence on-off behavior in the presence of cholinesterases,which are overexpressed in the Alzheimer disease.More interestingly,the vesicles can self-protect themselves in case that the enzyme levels have been decreased to normal level.Furthermore,this supramolecular strategy of fabrication fluorescent vesicles with AIEgens are expected to offer information on where the drugs are and how the drugs are functioning,which can end the history of ’dark therapy of various diseases,and help to design more effective drug and drug carriers.
