NiCo2O4/石墨烯/碳纳米管柔性电极材料的制备及电化学性能的研究

【摘要】 随着便携,可弯曲电子设备的出现,超级电容器作为高功率密度的储能器件一直备受关注[1]。石墨烯具有导电性好,机械强度高等优点,适合作为柔性电极材料。然而石墨烯应用主要受限于堆叠效应以及其单纯双电层储能机制,将其与金属氧化物复合可提高比电容[2]。本文采取真空抽滤的方法将氧化石墨烯与酸化的碳纳米管复合抽膜,有效抑制了石墨烯片层的堆叠,并进行掺氮还原,得到柔韧性,导电性良好的石墨烯/碳纳米管薄膜,再通过水热,低温煅烧的方法,在薄膜表面均匀生长了纳米交联片状的NiCo2O4,得到了柔性的NiCo2O4/石墨烯/碳纳米管复合电极,通过电化学测试,在5 A/g条件下,NiCo2O4比电容可达2292F/g,在50 A/g条件下比电容仍然有1801F/g,该电极材料展示出了非常好的电化学性能。
【Abstract】 Supercapacitor has attracted much attention as the energy storage device with high power density.Graphene is very suitable for the flexible electrodes with excellent mechanical strength,In this work,the composite film was synthesized by fabricating the graphene oxide and functional carbon nanotube via a vacuum suction,then reduced the film with Nitrogen-doping,followed NiCo2O4 easily growing in the film by a hydrothermal synthesis,The composite film with high flexiblity,has high electronic conductivity,with high specific capacitance of 2292 F/g and1801F/g,at current densities of 5A/g and 50 A/g,suggesting the excellent electrochemical performance.
