骨架掺杂碳量子点的二氧化硅纳米管的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of silica nanotubes doped with carbon quantum dots

【摘要】 碳量子点是一种新型类球状的纳米粒子,可吸收紫外可见光,具有良好的荧光性质,同时由于其无毒、稳定,有望在光催化中替代金属催化剂成为新型光催化剂[1]。碳量子点作为一种纳米级粒子,如何将其固载并加以利用是当前研究的热点之一。其中,将具有高比表面积和介孔孔径的一维纳米管作为载体,已经广泛应用于多相催化,这也为固载碳量子点提供了方法[2]。在本研究中,利用嵌段共聚物P123作为模板剂,在稀盐酸溶液中水解1,4-双(三乙氧基硅基)苯,通过分子的自组装过程合成了孔径约6nm、骨架中包含苯基的有机氧化硅纳米管[3]。在高温惰气氛围中进行碳化,得到掺杂碳单质的二氧化硅纳米管。用氢氟酸处理除去二氧化硅后,剩余物为2~4nm的碳颗粒,分析结果表明其具有清晰的晶格条纹和良好的荧光性能,证明合成的纳米管中掺杂了碳量子点[4]。
【Abstract】 Carbon quantum dots(CQDs) are a new type of spherical nanoparticles with UV-visible absorbance and favorable luminescent properties.Because of its nanometer scale,the immobilization of CQDs becomes a hot-pot currently.Besides,nanotubes are a kind of one-dimension nanomaterials possessing high specific area and larger pore size,which could be used as supports to immobilize CQDs.Herein,using P123 as the surfactant,organosilane precursors were hydrolyzed in the diluted hydrochloric acid through the molecular self-assembling and the organosilica nanotubes containing phenyl groups were fabricated.Carbonization was carried out under inert gas,then the carbon doped silica nanotubes were obtained.The hydrofluoric acid was used to dissolve silica and the remaining carbon with clear crystalline fringes and favorable photoluminescence was observed,which was accord with the characteristics of the carbon quantum dots,demonstrating that carbon quantum dots are doped in the nanotubes.
