油料植物高效创新利用及荒漠治理新模式

【摘要】 研究团队围绕长柄扁桃、山杏、蓖麻等油料植物的高值利用及荒漠治理进行了十余年的探索与研究,打造荒漠化治理新模式示范园区、高效创新研发中心和企业三位一体的联合体,建成从基础研究、重大共性关键技术研发到应用示范的全链条一体化示范模式。长柄扁桃为标志性成果。开发的长柄扁桃油被国家卫计委批准为新食品原料;开展长柄扁桃蛋白质组学及功能蛋白研究,分离鉴定了长柄扁桃种仁中近300种蛋白;开展长柄扁桃油制备生物燃料和生物润滑油新技术研究,产品各项指标优于国家标准;开展长柄扁桃种壳制备活性炭和超级电容器新工艺研究。目前已开发出食用油、生物柴油、蛋白粉、苦杏仁苷、活性炭等10余种产品[1-2],部分产品进行了试生产,实现了长柄扁桃的高效利用,将这种野生树种开发为一种新型的经济植物。2015年国务院出台《关于加快木本油料产业发展的意见》,长柄扁桃名列其中。"油料植物能源化利用过程中的二氧化碳减排技术"入选国家发改委十二五综合低碳项目。

【Abstract】 Our research team engage in the research on the high value use of woody oil plant, such as Amygdalus pedunculatus,Prunus armeniaca,Ricinus communis L, and new desertification governance model. We create a joint body of desertification governance demonstration zone, efficient innovation center and companies. The demonstration model contains basic research, key technology research and application. The researches about Amygdalus pedunculatus(A.P.) are the important achievements. A.P. oil passed the authentication by the State Ministry of Health. The proteomics were be researched and 300 kinds protein were be identified. The new technology of preparation on bioful and biolubricant by A.P. oil were be researched. The new preparation methods on activates carbon and supercapacitor were also be researched. More than 10 kinds of products included edible oil, biodiesel, protein powder, amygdalin and activated carbon have been exploited. Some products were trial producted.
