二氯香豆素与丁二烯的光诱导环加成反应构建二苯并吡喃酮的研究(英文)

【摘要】 Photoinduced cycloaddition(PCA)is known to be useful for the syntheses of polycyclic compounds.Unlike other method such as transition-metal catalyzed reaction,it is very effective and clean.In this report,we found that the irradiation of 6-methyl-3,4-dichlolro-coumarin and 2,3-dimethoxybutandiene will afford the ring expansion benzocoumarin product,which is part of some similar structure in natural product.This reaction might happen through the 1,4-biradical-allylic exchange-1,6-biradical recombination pathway to give the cycloproduct as intermediate and loss of hydrogen chloride to give the aromatic compound.The yield of this reaction still needs to be improved and the reaction mode will be helpful to construct important polycyclic compound.
