三芳基硼化合物的发光性质及应用

【摘要】 三配位的硼原子为sp~2杂化,拥有空的2p_π轨道,具有强缺电子性质,可作为强的π电子受体与其相连的π电子给体(芳基)共轭,构成给体-受体(D-A/D-π-A)结构,吸收光子后通常形成分子内电荷转移(ICT)激发态。与其它电荷转移化合物类似,三芳基硼化合物分子的激发态偶极矩相比基态明显增大,因而呈现出较大的非线性吸收截面以及溶致发光变色等特性。值得一提的是,由于分子结构近平面正三角形,且受体硼原子位于分子中心,三芳基硼化合物还表现出一些特殊的光物理现象,如发光对外界环境刺激的灵敏响应。基于在高效率发光化合物方面的研究积累,我们发展了多种具有优良发光性能的三芳基硼化合物.[1]这些化合物表现出明显的环境敏感发光,以及良好的生物相容性,已成功的应用于荧光传感器领域。[2]
【Abstract】 Boron is strong electron-deficient, possessing a vacant p-orbital. It acts as a strong π electron acceptor, connected by electron donor groups(aryl), to form a three coordinated boron-containing π- conjugated system with intramolecular charge transfer properties. The dipole moment of triaryl boron compounds is usually higher in excited state than in ground state, which results in apparent luminescent solvatochromism. It is worthwhile to note that triarylboron compounds also show some special photophysical phenomena, e.g. sensitive response emission for environment changes. Based on our previous reports of organic compounds with high efficiency, we developed a series of novel triarylboron luminescent compounds that have been successfully used as in vivo indicators.
