渤海湾环颈鸻组织内持久性有机污染物污染水平与特征
Residual levels and tissue distribution of persistent organic pollutions in shorebirds from Bohai Bay

【摘要】 本研究利用高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱(HRGC/HRMS)对渤海湾湿地环颈鸻(Charadrius alexandrinus)肌肉和鸟蛋中多氯联苯(PCBs)、二恶英(PCDD/Fs)、多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)和有机氯农药(OCPs)等持久性有机污染物(POPs)进行了分析研究。结果表明,除PCDD/Fs仅在鸟蛋中有检出外,其它POPs在肌肉组织和鸟蛋中均有检出。鸟蛋和肌肉中PCBs含量分别在22-93 ng g-1 lw和40-1401 ng g-1 lw之间,PBDEs在14-46 ng g-1 lw和308-2810ng g-1 lw范围内,DDTs在346-1247 ng g-1 lw和202-685ng g-1 lw之间,HCH的含量为56-149和109-236 ng·g-1 lw,HCB为4.0-33和4.6-27 ng·g-1 lw。与其它高营养级的猛禽类和食鱼类水鸟相比,环颈鸻体内POPs浓度水平相对较低,这主要与其捕食较低等的软体动物和蠕虫有关。鸟蛋和肌肉内PCBs和PBDEs主要以中氯代和中溴代为主。有机氯农药主要以DDTs、HCH、HCB和Mirex为主。鸟蛋中PCDD/Fs和DL-PCBs的毒性当量(TEQ)分别为223±113 pg/g lw和95±57 pg/g lw,与电子垃圾拆解地研究报道相比相对较低。
【Abstract】 Various persistent organic pollutions were detected in eggs and mussels in Kentish Plovers,including PCDD/F,PCBs,PBDEs,DDTs,HCHs and HCB.All targeted contaminants were detected and PCDD/Fs were only detected in eggs.The levels of these were comparatively lower than high trophic predators due to predation of mollusks and worms,including PCBs(22-93 ng·g-1 lw),PBDEs(14-46 ng·g-1 lw),DDTs(346-1247 ng·g-1 lw,),HCH(56-149 ng·g-1 lw) and HCB(4.0-33 ng·g-1 lw)in eggs,and PCBs(40-1401 ng·g-1 lw),PBDEs(308-2810ng·g-1 lw),DDTs(202-685 ng·g-1 lw),HCH(109-236 ng·g-1 lw) and HCB(4.6-27 ng·g-1 lw) in mussels,respectively.The TEQ of PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs in eggs were 223±113 and 95±57pg·g-1 lw,which were lower than reproted threshold values.
