全磷光单一高分子白光材料
All-phosphorescent Single-component White light-emitting Polymers

【摘要】 高分子白光材料具有良好的溶液加工性能,可以采用喷墨打印、卷对卷等湿法加工工艺,是一类发展低成本OLED照明器件的关键材料。与传统利用物理共混的方法实现高分子白光发射相比,将发光单元以化学键连接到高分子的主/侧链获得的单一高分子白光材料(SWPs)具有无相分离、光谱稳定性好等优势。根据发光单元的激发态特性,单一高分子白光材料可以分为全荧光型、荧光/磷光混合型以及全磷光型三类。其中,全磷光型单一高分子白光材料的所有发光单元均能同时利用单线态和三线态激子,具有高达100%的内量子效率。通过在高三线态氟代膦酰聚芳醚高分子主体的侧链同时接枝蓝磷光配合物FIrpic和黄磷光配合物(fbi)2Ir(acac),我们报道了同时含有蓝磷光和黄磷光发射的高效全磷光单一高分子白光材料[1]。进一步优化高分子主体材料的能级结构使之与磷光掺杂剂相匹配,发展了系列具有低电压和高功率效率特性的全磷光单一高分子白光材料。
【Abstract】 White light-emitting polymers are promising candidates for low-cost OLED lighting applications because they can be easily processed by wet method such as ink-jet printing and R2 R.Compared with traditional white light-emitting polymers realized by physical blending,single-component white light-emitting polymers(SWPs),where the emitters are covalently bonded to the polymer mainchain or sidechain,have shown great advantages of no potential phase segregation and excellent spectral stability.In general,SWPs can be divided into three classes:Ⅰ)all-fluorescent SWPs,Ⅱ) fluorescent/phosphorescent hybrid SWPs and Ⅲ) all-phosphorescent SWPs.Compared with the former two kinds of SWPs,all-phosphorescent SWPs can realize 100%theoretical internal quantum efficiency because all the emitters can harvest both singlet and triplet excitons.Recently,we have designed and synthesized efficient all-phosphorescent SWPs by simultaneously grafting blue(FIrpic) and yellow phosphors((fbi)2Ir(acac)) to the sidechain of a fluorinated poly(arylene ether phosphine oxide) which possesses both high triplet energy and bipolarity.Furthermore,by coordinately regulating the energy levels of the hosts to match with the blue and yellow dopants,a series of all-phosphorescent SWPs with low driving voltages and high power efficiencies are developed.
