胶原基材料热降解行为研究

【摘要】 胶原是一种重要的生物质资源,研究其热降解行为具有重要的意义。利用热重分析(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)系统研究了两种常见胶原基生物医用材料的热降解行为,并分析了其热降解动力学及可能的热降解机理。对胶原/壳聚糖复合膜的综合热性能的研究结果表明,胶原与壳聚糖共混时产生了较强的结合力,包括同种分子间与异种分子间的静电引力与氢键作用,影响了胶原本身的内氢键,壳聚糖破坏了胶原的三股螺旋结构。胶原和壳聚糖共混物的热降解活化能与单一物质相比均有提高。当胶原与壳聚糖的比例为1:1时,其热降解活化能最大238.5 kJ/mol,热稳定性最好。将胶原/壳聚糖与二氧化钛复合制取医用海绵敷料,其热降解活化能与纯胶原相比均有所增大,但随着二氧化钛的加入,其热降解活化能降低,二氧化钛含量与复合材料的热降解活化能呈负相关。

【Abstract】 Collagen is an important biomass,and the research on the thermal degradation behavior of collagen-based materials has vital importance both in theory and application.In this study,the thermal degradation behavior of two knids of collagen-based composites were analysed by TG and DTG,in order to analyze the thermal degradation kinetics and mechanism.It was indicated that there was strong interaction when collagen blended with chitosan,including electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonds between inter and intra moleculars,which played a key role in the thermal stability of composites.The inter hydrogen bonds and triple helix of collagen was destroyed by chitosan.Compared with those of a single component,the thermal degradation activation energy of composite was higher,with an maximum of 238.5 kJ/mol at the ratio of collagen and chitosan of 1:1.The thermal stability of collagen/chitosan/TiO2 composites was studied as well and the result indicated that the thermal degradation activation energy was higher than that of pure collagen.The thermal degradation activation energy was decreased with the increas of TiO2 content.
