Fe3+掺杂纳米TiO2改性水性聚氨酯的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 以过氧钛酸水溶液为前驱体,在100℃下回流4h,制备了透明的Fe3+掺杂纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶,可见光下的催化性能测试表明Fe3+的最佳掺杂浓度为0.1%。将掺杂后的纳米TiO2溶胶与水性聚氨酯乳液共混制备了Fe3+掺杂纳米TiO2改性水性聚氨酯复合膜。SEM、UV-Vis、TG对复合膜的测试表明,纳米粒子均匀分散于复合膜中,并赋予了水性聚氨酯良好的紫外吸收能力。机械性能测试表明复合膜的抗张强度得到明显提高,当添加量为1%时达到最强(43 MPa),相对增强了13%。可见光下复合膜对亚甲基蓝(MB)的去除实验表明,Fe3+掺杂纳米TiO2的添加使得水性聚氨酯膜具有光催化自清洁能力。

【Abstract】 The transparent nano Fe3+ doped TiO2 sol was prepared by refluxing peroxo titanic acid aqueous solution as precursor at 100 ℃ for 4h.The photocatalytic performance test under visible light showed that the optimal concentration of Fe3+ was 0.1%.Then the waterborne polyurethane composite films modified with the Fe3+ doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by simple blending of waterborne polyurethane emulsion and nano Fe3+ doped TiO2 sol.The composite films were characterized by SEM,UV-Vis and TG The results showed that the nanoparticles were evenly dispersed in the composite films,and good UV absorption ability was given to the waterborne polyurethane.Mechanical properties test indicated that the tensile strength of the composite films was obviously improved,and it was improved by 13%comparing to the pure waterborne polyurethane films when the dosage of TiO2 was 1%.Removal of methylene blue(MB)under visible light irradiation of composite films showed that the addition of nano Fe3+ doped TiO2 made the waterborne polyurethane have the self-cleaning ability.
