蒙脱土改性聚丙烯酸酯涂饰剂

【摘要】 针对常规丙烯酸酯乳液存在热粘冷脆、不耐溶剂、耐候性差等问题,本文采用半连续法种子乳液聚合,合成了一种具有硬核/软壳结构的丙烯酸酯乳液。系统研究了单体的选择、软硬单体的比例、乳化剂的配比及用量、引发剂用量、聚合工艺、加料方法、反应温度、等因素对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,当乳化剂用量5%,引发剂用量0.6%,丙烯酸:丙烯酸甲酯:丙烯酸乙酯:甲基丙烯酸甲酯的体积比=1:2:1:2,pH为7-8时,改性乳液综合性能较好,如优良的耐水性、较低的成膜温度、较强的附着力、较好的机械稳定性等。此外,随着蒙脱土用量的增加,单体的转化率有所下降,膜的耐水性有较大提高。

【Abstract】 acrylic emulsion is widely used in leather finishing.But there are some disadvantages of conventional acrylic emulsion,such as sticky at hot,brittle at cold,poor solvent resistance,and poor weather resistance.Therefore,the synthesis of a new type of acrylate emulsion which can overcome the above defects has become a hot research topic.In this paper,the polymerization method,formulation design and nano modified using semi continuous seed method of core-shell emulsion polymerization method,a hard core and soft shell structure acrylic emulsion was synthesized.The ratio of monomers,and the amount of emulsifier and initiator,polymerization process,the method of adding,the reaction temperature,and other factors on the emulsion properties were studied.Experimental results showed that the modified emulsion with excellent water resistance,lower temperature of filming,strong adhesion,good mechanical stability will have a good application prospect in the field of leather finishing agents.The results showed that when 5%emulsifier dosage,0.6%initiator dosage,monomer ratio of acrylic acid,methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate volume at1:2:1:2 and pH in 7-8 or so,acrylate emulsion had better comprehensive performance.With the increase of of montmorillonite,the conversion of monomer decreased,the water resistance of the film had been greatly improved.
