热力设备新型停炉保护剂对苯二酚的试验研究

【摘要】 采用高压釜模拟高温高压的水化学工况,采用正交试验研究了对苯二酚对20号碳钢的钝化保护效果。试验结果表明,当苯二酚浓度为200 mg/L、温度为280℃、恒温时间为3 h和pH为11时,对苯二酚在20号碳钢试片表面的成膜效果最佳。同时,还对其除氧效果进行了研究。
【Abstract】 This article studied on the passivation protecting effect of hydroquinone on 20~# carbon steel through the orthogonal test in simulated high temperature and high pressure steam system environment with the help of autoclave.The results showed that the best film appeared in the environment when the concentration of hydroquinone was 200 mg/L and the temperature was kept 280 ℃ for 3 hours,and the pH value was 11.Also the effect of deoxidization was studied.
