【摘要】 为了探索漆前磷化的替代处理工艺,以BC-1水溶液在常温下处理涂装前的试件,代替原漆前锌系磷化工艺,选用常用的防腐蚀涂料制作试样,进行附着力评价、抗冲击强度试验和中性盐雾考核,平行试验结果表明:经BC-1处理后的试件与所试涂料有优良的结合力和抗盐雾性能,与漆前锌系磷化处理相当,同时显示出更好的抗冲击性能。工厂应用表明,BC-1性能稳定,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to develop a new surface treatment technique in place of the traditional phosphorization,the primer,witch was coated with trade paints available on market individually,was gotten by treating mild steel plate samples in aqueous rust preventive BC-1 at ambient temperature before coating.The primer is compatible with the paints with strong adhesion,good salt resistance and excellent anti-impact,and as good as the phosphorized film.The application tests in companies show that BC-1 is stable in properties and effective in use.更多还原
