【摘要】 为研制开发同时具有防锈性和防护能力的乳化蜡,通过对乳化蜡组成的分析选择、配制工艺试验、性能评价和应用考核,获得了F-121乳化防锈防护蜡:石蜡20%、复合防锈剂15%、复合乳化剂12%、稳定剂3%、蒸馏水余量。应用结果表明,该乳化蜡性能稳定,可喷涂也可刷涂,成膜均匀,防锈保护效果好,该膜可用专用水基清洗剂擦洗清除。更多还原

【Abstract】 A emulsified preventive wax F-121 consisting of by weight paraffin wax 20%,compacted antirust additive15%,compacted emulsifier 12%,stabilizer 3%,distilled water balance has been developed after a series of tests such as product preparation and performance evaluation and so on.It can be sprayed on coatings to form thin film,which can be cleaned away easily by special aqueous cleaning agent,to prevent them from losing their fine gloss.更多还原
