咪唑啉不溶性缓释片的制备
Preparation of the Insoluble Sustained Release Tablets of Imidazoline

【摘要】 制备了咪唑啉不溶性缓释片。考察不同比例的硬脂酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素及乳糖对咪唑啉释放速率的影响,确定最优处方。结果表明随着硬脂酸量的减少,乳糖和HPMC含量增加,片剂的累积释放量增加,制备的咪唑啉不溶性缓释片缓释效果良好。
【Abstract】 The insoluble sustained release tablets of imidazoline was prepared.To investigate the effect on the release rates of stearic acid,HPMC and milk sugar with different proportion UV spectrophotometer method was used.The results showed that the total release of tablets increased with the proportion of stearic acid decreased and the proportion of milk sugar and HPMC increased,and the sustained release performance was good.
