从竹叶中提取缓蚀剂的方法
Study on Methods of Extracting Corrosion Inhibition from Bamboo Leaves

【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏、索氏提取、酸浸泡、微波萃取和超声波萃取等方法从竹叶中提取缓蚀剂,用线性极化法测定缓蚀效率,用均匀设计法对选定的方法进行优化。实验结果表明,在选定方法的最佳提取条件下,提取液的缓蚀效率迭95.67%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,these methods of water vapor distillation(SD) 、soxhlet extraction、acid soakage、microwareassisted extraction(MAE) and ultrasonic- assisted extraction(UAE) were used to extract corrosion inhibition from bamboo leaves;linear polarization method was adopted to evaluate the efficiency of the corrosion inhibition;uniform design method was used to optimize the selected extraction method.Results showed that the optimal extractive condition of the inhibitors was determined showing excellent efficiency 95.67%of corrosion inhibition for carbon steel in 15%sulfuric acid solution.
