【摘要】 完善的结核病防治服务体系是做好结核病控制工作的基础,"三位一体"结核病防治管理体系作为目前重要的服务体系,在转型或者运行中,需要当地卫生行政部门建立对定点医院结核病门诊必要的补偿机制,加强规范化临床诊疗质量控制,做好疾病预防控制机构、结核病定点医疗机构职能定位,强化社区卫生服务机构能力建设,有效控制患者疾病负担,建立结核病诊疗事故保障机制等。同时,充分发挥综合性医院诊疗优势,加强医疗和预防之间优势资源整合,满足日益增长的结核病防治服务技术需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improved tuberculosis(TB) control service system is the basis of good TB control. "Trinity" TB prevention and treatment management system is important at present,which in the transition and operation;and the local health administrative departments should establish necessary compensation mechanism for TB outpatient departments in contracted hospitals,strengthen the standardization of diagnosis and treatment quality control,orientate the disease control and prevention institution,as well as nod medical establishment of TB,strengthen service capacity of community health institutions,effectively control the disease burden of TB,and establish the premise of security mechanism,etc.Meanwhile,advantages of general hospital should be well played,and the integration of the advantages of medical and prevention resources should be strengthened,in order to meet the growing demand for TB control and prevention services.更多还原
